Confident Strides

If you’re looking to live more confidently and boost your self-esteem, this course is tailored just for you.

This course was created for individuals desiring to live more confidently and experience higher self-esteem. Through education and activities with the horses, participants will explore the origins of self-esteem and learn what it means to:

  • Know Yourself
  • Care for Yourself
  • Respect Yourself
  • Accept Yourself
  • Love Yourself

Activities with horses allow clients to practice skills such as identifying needs, communicating clearly and assertively, setting boundaries, handling the inner critic, and working through performance anxiety. Facilitated by an Equine Specialist.

This six-week program is designed for older teens or adults in a small group setting of 3-4. $40 per session

Fall Adult Session: Begin Friday Sept 27th, 10 – 11:30 am for six consecutive Fridays.  $80 deposit due to register, $40 per session.

Fall Teen Session:  Begin Wednesday Sept 25th, 4-5:30 for six consecutive Wednesdays $120 due to register, $120 due prior to 4th session. Max group size of six, register early!
