Growing Strides

This program is excellent for those who need to practice relationship skills, build confidence and improve self-esteem.

Learning to recognize what horses need, how they think and communicate, and how to partner with them in activities is the basis for building a strong relationship. Learning these skills can help “Grow” confidence and self-esteem and will transfer to help form better human relationships. 

Through activities with the horses you will:

  • Learn to read body language and practice clear communication
  • Practice assertiveness and boundary setting skills
  • Improve connection to yourself and others
  • Identify and understand individual responsibilities
  • Grow with compassion and empathy for others

For ages 10 through adult. Eight week program. Individual or small group of 3-4 people. $40 per session plus $40 deposit required to register. 

Individual Fall Sessions – Start week of Sept 16th. Inquire for scheduling availability.
