Are you unsure how you will cope with the additional responsibilities that holidays add to your plate? Join us for this 3 part series to learn coping skills to manage the additional stress and actually enjoy this holiday season.

Through activities with the horses you will practice skills to manage the thoughts and behaviors contributing to your anxiety. Come experience the mindful, grounded nature of horses and learn their secrets to enjoy the holiday season.

  • Session one – Explore how intrusive thoughts, our inner critic, perfectionism, the need to please, comparisons and self doubt can ruin the holidays.
  • Session two – Setting goals and learning skills to set boundaries and say no.
  • Session Three – Prioritzing self care and practicing regulation techniques.

Option A: 11/8, 11/15, 11/22 Friday mornings from 10 – 11:30 am

Option B: 12/6, 12/13, 12/20 Friday mornings from 10 – 11:30 am
